BABOK® means Business Analysis Body of Knowledge®. Its primary purpose is to define a set of commonly accepted practices. It helps practitioners discuss and define the skills necessary to effectively perform business analysis work.
BABOK is a registered trademark owned by IIBA® (International Institute of Business Analysis). This institute also provides a certification program where ECBA™ (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis™) is a part of. This certificate covers foundational knowledge on how to approach business analysis according to the BABOK Guide.
The main proposition for the certification test is to complete a minimum of 21 Professional Development (PD) hours within the last four years.
The test has 50 questions and you have 60 minutes to answer them all.
Our three-days training will guide you through all needed parts of the BABOK Guide, you need to know for the certification test. The training fully reflects the changes that were made in March 2021. The participants will also have a sufficient amount of time to try mock tests.
